Systems your team can run with confidence
We implement resource-planning systems, build knowledge platforms and custom applications, then hand them over documented and train your team to run them.
What we build for you
Four services. Each project starts with a written scope and ends with a system your team runs.
ERP systems
Implementation, adaptation, and hosting of resource-planning systems, with Odoo as our primary platform.
Scholarly platforms
Digital text libraries and bibliographic databases, and search and answers grounded in your texts and your institution's knowledge, running on your servers.
Custom development
Systems, sites, and apps built for what you need, and automation of repeated tasks with AI that connects to the tools you already use.
Training
Practical training for the people who use the system every day, on the workflows your organisation actually runs.
How we work
Four fixed steps on every project, small or large.
Understand
We study how your work runs today, review your documents, and listen to the people who will use the system.
Scope
You receive a written scope that states what will be built, when, and at what cost. We do not start until you agree.
Build
We build in short stages and, at the end of each one, show a system that works, so you see the progress yourself rather than in reports.
Handover and support
You receive the code, the documentation, and the training your team needs. Support continues on the terms you choose.
Common questions
Do you work only with Odoo?
Odoo is our primary platform for ERP systems. Alongside it we build custom systems and applications when the work calls for them.
Does our material stay inside our organisation?
We design scholarly platforms and search systems to run on your servers. We do not send your texts to outside cloud services.
How long does a project take, and what does it cost?
The written scope decides that, after we have understood the work. We do not quote a figure before we understand what you need.
Have a project?
Tell us what you need. We reply with questions, a rough scope, or a clear no if we are not the right fit.
